Sadness is okay and it usually passes on its own
It’s not something to be concerned about and will usually resolve itself in time.
Everybody feels sad from time to time. It’s one of many emotions that we feel throughout our lives.
Even as children we experience sadness along with many other emotions like joy, anger, fear, and excitement.
